One Day Learning Meditation
One Day Learning (ODL) by Bali Usada Health Meditation is one of Bali Usada’s main programs. The health meditation taught in Bali Usada itself is a meditation technique to train the mind to become mind, which entails a strong concentration, followed with other good virtues, namely: consciousness, calmness, gentleness, and compassion. Having a harmonious mind will help us heal the illness in our bodies and eliminate bad reactions in our memories.
One Day Learning (ODL) is one of the main programs in Bali Usada. It is a full one day workshop which consists of 5 training sessions within 6 hours. Each session will consist of 30 minutes of theoretical explanations for Bali Usada health meditation and 30 minutes of practicing meditation.
In 5 sessions of theoretical explanations, Pak Merta / the Instructor will explain the basic techniques and philosophy regarding Bali Usada Health Meditation in an interesting way. After that, followed by Practice the Meditation technique guided by Pak Merta Ada’s Instructions. All stages needed in meditation, from sitting position, posture, and step by step to do the right meditation will be explained gradually. The goal of ODL from ODL training is to get to know the technique of Bali Usada Health Meditation and try to practice it
After 5 training sessions in One Day Learning, participants will then be guided to do daily routine exercises at home. Bali Usada provides audio and video exercises to observe the breath and observe bodies that can be practiced daily. Participants are expected to be able to use this recording to practice for one week to make a harmonious mind stronger.
After running independent exercises for a week, participants were directed to take part in training activities at Bali Usada Mix (Live Streaming Meditation), Pak Merta Ada’s Facebook Page (Live Streaming Meditation), and YouTube Bali Usada (Records of Meditation Exercise Instructions). Participants are expected to continue their meditation habits for up to 1 month so they can feel the benefits for health.
If participants have questions or difficulties while practicing independently, Bali Usada provides Email and WhatsApp Care Center services, as a center for inquiries and consultations related to practice.
In contrast to intensive programs such as Usada Tapa Brata, in ODL participants are allowed to talk to each other and consume non-vegetarian food

The Bali Usada meditation technique is based on the local knowledge and wisdom from Bali, India, China, and is combined with personal experiences of our founder Pak Merta Ada as healer and meditation teacher. The Bali Usada Health Meditation combines a meditation practice of concentration, loving-kindness, mindfulness, and wisdom to bring about a specific quality of the mind which we call the “Harmonious Mind.” It is this quality of Harmonious Mind that will be utilized to heal the sickness in our gross or physical/meridian/chakra/mental body, mind, and memories.
When the body and mind is in good health, you will have a new experience of yourself, filled with happiness, peace, and harmony within. Its effects will not only be felt physically and mentally, but also socially.
Many Bali Usada meditation friends from various backgrounds have succeeded in healing themselves from pre-existing mental conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and addictions, as well as physical conditions, such as flu, herpes, hepatitis, insomnia, cancer, tumor, diabetics, and cholesterol. Further, the practice helps liberate them from traumatic life experiences.
It is important to note that this meditation technique does not diminish in any way the importance of medical consultation and treatments which are done by medical doctors and other professional health practitioners. Each and every meditation friend has the freedom and responsibility to care for their personal conditions and illnesses while participating in Bali Usada health meditation activities.
