Weekend Meditation

Weekend Meditation is a supporting program of Bali Usada. It involves a two-day one-night meditation practice, from saturday afternoon to sunday noon. The purpose of the Weekend Meditation is to help participants refresh and practice their Bali Usada Health Meditation technique, which they have previously learned from one of the main programs.

During this period, participants will refresh their practice of Bali Usada Health Meditation technique in seven sessions. In addition, participants will also practice Bali Usada’s special exercises, and listen to Pak Merta Ada’s talks to refresh their understanding of the basic concept and philosophy of Bali Usada.

Participants will observe the noble silence and will eat vegetarian-based diet through out the program.
