What is Self-Guided Meditation

Self-Guided Meditation by Bali Usada Health Meditation is a program that can help you learn and practice the Bali Usada Health Meditation technique independently at your own pace, guided by Pak Merta Ada via video and audio recordings. You can practice anywhere at any time using a device with an internet connection.

This techniques and will help to improve your health (immune system, healing process, etc.), obtain inner peace (reduce anxiety, panic attacks, heal trauma, addiction, etc.) and achieve happiness.

Bali Usada Self-Guided Meditation consists of 5 sessions. You can complete all sessions in one day (morning to evening) or complete 1 session per day within 2 weeks after the registration day.
