One Day Mindfulness & Wisdom Meditation in English

Dear Meditation Friends,

Let’s meditate together in the ODMW (One Day Mindfulness & Wisdom Meditation) program.

One Day Mindfulness & Wisdom is a refreshment program that helps participants to refresh, and practice together the Bali Usada Health Meditation technique, which they have previously learned from one of the main programs (Regular Usada 1 Class, or One Day Learning Class, or Intensive Tapa Brata Class).

During the ODMW program, participants will take part in four meditation sessions, in which lies the key points of Bali Usada Health Meditation techniques. Each session will start with a talk, and then followed with the meditation practice guided by Pak Merta Ada. The talks and guided meditation will be delivered in English. During this ODMW, the participants will also have the opportunity to practice noble silent (try as much as possible to minimize talking, reading, writing, and observe mindfulness throughout the day) similar to those practiced during a meditation retreat (Tapa Brata).
